Mendagri Tito Karnavian meminta seluruh perangkat daerah meningkatkan penjagaan selama momen Nataru. Hal ini dilakukan agar perayaan Natal dan Tahun Baru terkendali.
Akurasi.id, Jakarta – Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian mengingatkan seluruh perangkat daerah menjaga keamanan selama momen Natal 2022 dan Tahun Baru 2023 (Nataru). Terutama, dalam mengatur kerumunan agar tidak terjadi peristiwa seperti di Itaewon, Korea Selatan.
Arahan tersebut ia sampaikan pada Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah secara hybrid di Gedung Sasana Bhakti Praja (SBP) Kantor Pusat Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri), Jakarta Pusat, Senin (26/12/2022) kemarin.
“Saya minta perayaan Tahun Baru 2023 aman terkendali. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah untuk menjaga Natal dan Tahun Baru itu aman, nyaman, damai, dan terkendali. Mulai dari masalah keamanan, kemudian kelancaran lalu lintas, ketersediaan bahan pangan, stabilitas harga dan keterjangkauan harga pangan karena demand yang tinggi,” kata Tito dalam keterangan pers sebagaimana melansir detik.com, Selasa (27/12/2022).
Tito mengatakan, stakeholder terkait perlu melakukan identifikasi dan inventarisasi daerah rawan tersebut sehingga kerumunan bisa terkendali. Untuk meminimalisir kejadian yang tidak diinginkan seperti di Itaewon. Sebagai informasi, tragedi Itaewon terjadi pada perayaan Halloween, korban tragedi itu mencapai ratusan.
“Upaya menjaga keamanan tersebut termasuk mengatur kegiatan masyarakat terutama di tempat-tempat kerumunan. Hal ini untuk meminimalisir kejadian yang tidak diinginkan, seperti peristiwa yang terjadi saat perayaan Halloween di Itaewon, Korea Selatan yang memakan banyak korban,” bunyi keterangan pers Tito.
Salah satu lokasi yang Tito minta identifikasi kerumunannya adalah Ancol. Sebab, tahun baru kali ini Ancol kembali menggelar acara perayaan.
“Kita sudah lama tidak kumpul-kumpul, terutama yang anak-anak muda. Jadi jangan sampai terjadi, Jakarta misalnya. Ancol itu akan ada ratusan ribu. Kami yakin daerah-daerah juga ada pengumpulan masyarakat. Nah ini perlu identifikasi. Kemudian melakukan langkah-langkah mitigasi, termasuk mekanisme jalannya,” ucapnya.
Larang Penggunaan Petasan
Selain mengingatkan perangkat daerah tentang keamanan. Tito juga menegaskan larangan penggunaan petasan yang berpotensi menimbulkan ledakan besar, kebakaran, dan korban manusia maupun barang. Ia mengimbau, penggunaan kembang api.
“Kami kira petasan lebih baik kita larang. Kembang api boleh tapi terbatas, jangan sampai jor-joran, kemudian terjadi kebakaran,” tambahnya.
Tito menegaskan, berbagai upaya tersebut memerlukan langkah-langkah proaktif dan koordinasi dari berbagai pihak. Kunci paling utama menurut Tito adalah melakukan rapat Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda). Dia berharap, kegiatan Nataru dapat berjalan dengan aman.
“Kami sudah sampaikan kepada asosiasi gubernur. Kemudian asosiasi wali kota, dan ketua asosiasi pemerintah kabupaten, bupati, supaya Surat Edaran (Nomor 400.10/8922/SJ) ini disampaikan ke seluruh kepala daerah. Kunci utamanya adalah melaksanakan rapat Forkopimda dengan item-item seperti ini. Atau bisa menambah dengan item-item yang lain, sesuai dengan kerawanan khas wilayah masing-masing,” pungkasnya. (*)
