Akurasi.id, Jakarta – Pemerintah sedang menggodok aturan penghapusan kelas BPJS Kesehatan jadi kelas rawat inap standar (KRIS) jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN). Sebelumnya implementasi itu direncanakan diterapkan pada 2022.
Apakah rencana itu jadi diterapkan tahun ini? Anggota Dewan Jaminan Sosial Nasional (DJSN) Muttaqien tidak menjawabnya secara pasti. Dia hanya menyebut bahwa implementasi itu akan diterapkan paling lambat 1 Januari 2023.
“Terkait rencana pelaksanaan KRIS JKN, masih sesuai dengan amanat Perpres Nomor 64 Tahun 2020 pasal 54B dan PP 47 Tahun 2021 pasal 84 huruf b yang menyatakan pelayanan rawat inap kelas standar diterapkan paling lambat 1 Januari 2023,” kata Muttaqien kepada detikcom, Rabu (5/1/2022).
Alasan penghapusan kelas BPJS Kesehatan belum akan diterapkan dalam waktu dekat karena saat ini masih di tahap finalisasi pembahasan. Tahapan yang juga dipersiapkan seperti harmonisasi regulasi, penyiapan infrastruktur, hingga sumber daya manusia (SDM).

“Masih dalam finalisasi pembahasan di internal pemerintah,” tuturnya.
Termasuk juga besaran iuran masih dibahas jika diterapkan kelas standar. “Internal Pemerintah masih terus melakukan simulasi yang bertujuan untuk keberlangsungan program JKN dan tetap memperhatikan aspek kemampuan peserta dalam membayar iuran,” jelasnya.
Dua Kelas Peserta
Untuk diketahui, dengan dihapusnya kelas peserta BPJS Kesehatan maka tidak ada yang namanya kelas 1, 2, dan 3. Konsep kelas standar nantinya hanya terdapat dua kelas kepesertaan program yakni kelas standar A dan kelas standar B.
Kelas standar A yakni untuk peserta Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) dan kelas B untuk peserta non-PBI. Segmen peserta Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) dan Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) atau mandiri akan tergolong sebagai non-PBI.

Ketentuan luas kamar dan jumlah tempat tidur tiap kamar akan berbeda. Dimana untuk kelas peserta PBI, minimal luas per tempat tidur sebesar 7,2 meter persegi dengan jumlah maksimal enam tempat tidur per ruangan.
Sementara di kelas untuk peserta Non PBI, luas per tempat tidur sebesar 10 meter persegi dengan jumlah maksimal 4 tempat tidur per ruangan. (*)
